The Stormvault is well known as the most secure prison in the world. Located beyond the Arcanopause off the coast of the northwesternmost island of Dhol, it is maintained jointly by the Araxian Empire and the Republic of Belgrit as a prison for particularly dangerous magic-using criminals.
