Dhol

Dhol is an island nation of frozen tundra northwest of Delun, beyond the Arcanopause, where magic does not exist. It was founded by emigrants from Henge who sought a pure land free of magic, which they call "the sickness." It is a safe haven for those who suffer from aethersickness, and the nearby Stormvault serves as a high-security prison to house the world's most dangerous magic-wielding criminals.

By far the largest settlement in Dhol is the capital city of Hemden on the primary island on the western edge of the archipelago.
